Music has brought me from Mexico to USA and Canada and it does not matter where you are in the world we can all understand music because it’s a universal language. I have had the experience of teaching in both Mexico and Canada, the more I teach the more I see the impact music has on each of my student’s life.
After graduating from the Conservatory I started to teach in Canada and developed a passion for teaching, always thinking about how could I take my student’s to the next level and pushing them forward as well as trying to find what motivates them and keeps them engage.
During my piano teaching experience I have prepared Students for RCM Piano exams always making their learning experience fun and engaging as well as maintaining good communication between me and the parents for them to know where they are and where they are going.
My singing teaching experience has taken me to explore the singing technique of genres such as Pop , R&B and Musical theater among others.
Having a classical music background has allow me to develop a style of teaching that brings the healthy foundation of classical music to other more popular genres without sounding like a classical singer, developing range, good quality tone and breath support according to the style.
